APPOINTMENTS

The nature of our work entails us to be out of the office most mornings. Whilst we will endeavor to arrange appointments to suit you, as a rule our hours for appointments are 5.30pm to 7.00pm Monday to Thursday, however, if it is not possible for you to see us within those times, arrangements can be made to see you outside of these hours.

CORRESPONDENCE AND TELEPHONE CALLS

Calls and e mails will be replied to promptly and we will try to contact you within 24 hours. If the person dealing with your case is engaged or away from the office when you call, please leave a message.
