Not automatically. Incorporation, tax registration and any permissions for an activity or premises are separate questions. The work required depends on the business you intend to operate.

We can discuss the bookkeeping, accounts and tax-filing support your business needs. The scope, records required and responsibilities are agreed before the work starts.
Can you review a business lease before I sign?
